Why is your Out – of – Body experience real? Fragmentation
Rising from the entanglement of complex PTSD and dissociation, frustration mounts around such literal words. dissociation, fragmentation, being triggered with such conceptual definitions. The dismal future of coping and managing leaves us with only existing, with no actions to change it and to start living. No wonder we are all depressed!
Being told by the world that healing is a lifelong process sucks. Being told that coping, managing, and functioning is the most we can hope for?
Being practical and tangible is where life is lived – right here in our environment. We don’t think or analyze things different. We have to do something different. To understand what we need to do, we have to know what we are already doing unconsciously, and we have to have a different lens to see ourSelves through. A series of quantum actions cause C-PTSD and PTSD. Quantum actions are not science fiction. They are not conceptual. They are tangible actions that we can reverse. In this blog post, we will focus on fragmentation. When we exit our body we create an out-of-body experience. This exit leaves our body still alive, fragmentation must occur.
But what is fragmenting?
Fragmentation and Out Of Body Experiences
Fragmentation occurs as a separation of the astral body (the energetic version of our physical body or our life force) from the physical body, thereby creating an out-of-body experience.
- Fragmentation means the process or state of breaking or being broken into small or separate parts.
- Fragmentation as a verb is an action.
- What is fragmenting in reference to the quantum actions creating the entanglement of C-PTSD and PTSD? The astral body, or our life force, is fragmenting.
It is counterintuitive to speak to something literally without there being a reality to it. Even air has molecules. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t make it any less real. And just because you can’t see it does NOT mean others can’t. All life, from plants to people, have a life force. When the life force leaves or dwindles, life ends, literally—the same goes for you. When you have an out-of-body experience, your body is not dead. You left enough life force in there to keep the body functioning. The molecules of the astral body would have to fragment for that to happen. It’s like siphoning gas out of your car tank and leaving just enough to get the car to the gas station. We all know that feeling. We drag our bodies along. We live tired, exhausted, and drained. What if you really are?
